WiseMate builds AI-powered automations for local businesses — such as lead follow-up, review replies, email auto-replies, appointment reminders, and website chatbots. Every project is scoped individually before any work begins.
Most automations go live within 5–7 business days of receiving what's needed from you. Each delivery includes a walkthrough video showing exactly what was built and how it runs. Work is handled remotely.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for making sure we're authorized to connect to the accounts and tools involved (email, review platforms, calendars, website). Automations send messages on your behalf — you approve the tone and content before anything goes live.
If something we built stops working, email us and we aim to resolve it within 24 hours. Ongoing monthly maintenance plans are available but never required. There are no long-term contracts.
We build systems that work as described in your proposal, and we fix them when they don't. However, we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue, bookings, or review scores), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project in question. Third-party services an automation relies on (email providers, review platforms, messaging tools) are governed by their own terms and availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
